People & Culture Business Partner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.

📋 Description

• Serve as the representative of the People and Culture team for employees across a range of homes in New South Wales North.

• Lead initiatives related to People & Culture that are in line with the overarching people strategy.

• Mentor and develop employees at all levels to enhance leadership capabilities.

• Provide guidance on complex industrial relations and employee relations issues, including sensitive investigations.

• Collaborate with central services teams and various stakeholders throughout the region.

• Drive transformational change and integrate People & Culture initiatives into daily operations.

• Conduct workshops, training sessions, and educational programs for home-based employees at all levels.

• Establish and maintain strong and trusted relationships with stakeholders.

• Assist leaders in implementing change and ensuring the sustainability of new practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in partnering skills within a P&C/HR Business Partner role.

• Background working within a shared service model.

• Demonstrated ability to coach and develop leaders, fostering thriving workplace cultures and promoting autonomy in people leadership.

• Skill in building positive working relationships and influencing a wide variety of stakeholders.

• Experience in implementing change initiatives and supporting leaders through the change process.

• Confidence in facilitating training and leadership workshops.

• Proven ability to navigate complex employee relations matters within a best practice framework.

• Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced and often ambiguous environment.

• Willingness to travel as needed for operational purposes and team development.

• Ability to interpret and apply industrial instruments effectively.

• Successful completion of necessary background checks.

• Current evidence of influenza vaccination required during the influenza season.
