People Business Partner – Product & Engineering

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Enhance and steer the evolution of People programs, encompassing levelling, promotions, and performance management cycles.

• Lead initiatives in workforce planning, organizational design, and change management strategies.

• Analyze business trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscapes to ensure organizational structures and talent strategies meet business requirements.

• Partner with People Operations & Technology, Talent Acquisition, and Total Rewards teams.

• Collect detailed anecdotal feedback from teams and present findings to team leaders and the Chief People Officer.

• Facilitate the Executive Leadership Team's responsiveness to team member concerns.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 8 years of experience as a high-level PBP in a comparable PBP model.

• At least 2 years of experience within a fast-paced, demanding technology environment.

• Proven experience in supporting engineering and/or Product teams.

• Comprehensive knowledge of, genuine curiosity about, and a visionary outlook on AI and its transformative effects.

• A strong focus on business results and impact.

• A data-driven mindset complemented by an appreciation for real-world anecdotes and experiences.

• A critical perspective towards traditional HR practices.

• Ability to balance analytical thinking and logic with deep empathy and care for team members.

• Submission of a resume/CV in English is required.
