This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Conduct thorough assessments utilizing standardized tests to identify the therapy requirements of pediatric patients (SLP only)
• Employ clinical expertise to create and execute treatment plans in accordance with physicians' directives (SLP only)
• Deliver in-home therapy services for pediatric patients with diverse diagnoses
• Regularly communicate with patients' families, providing updates on their child's progress and goals
• Collaborate with various therapy disciplines, physicians, and nursing staff to formulate comprehensive treatment plans
• Keep detailed documentation of care and relay any changes in treatment plans to the healthcare team
• Engage in one-on-one meetings with team leaders to review patient progress and enhance treatment methodologies
• Possession of a valid, active Speech-Language Pathologist or Speech Pathology Assistant license in Texas
• Current BLS/CPR certification
• Reliable means of transportation
• Valid driver's license
