This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Drive and enhance territory sales objectives by promoting Abbott Pediatric Nutrition products.

• Maintain an in-depth understanding of products, clinical research, protocols, and guidelines, and effectively communicate this information in a sales context.

• Assist in the launch of new products and promotional campaigns.

• Establish and nurture relationships with Dietitians, Physicians, Nurses, Hospital Administrators, and Office Personnel.

• Oversee a large territory by employing strong administrative and organizational skills.

• Responsibly manage territory budgets and resources.

• Operate independently with initiative, autonomy, and accountability.

• Meet both short-term and long-term business goals.

• Collaborate with healthcare professionals across North Texas to promote infant and pediatric nutrition.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree is required.

• Preferred experience in sales within a medical environment and engaging with healthcare professionals.

• Strong preference for candidates with hospital, pediatric, OB/GYN, neonatal, maternal-child health, or healthcare sales experience.

• Highly preferred experience interacting with or selling to Pediatricians, Neonatologists, Dietitians, Nurses, OB/GYN practices, birthing hospitals, NICUs, and integrated health systems.

• Demonstrated ability to cultivate relationships and influence clinical and business decision-makers.

• Must be capable of lifting up to 15 pounds.

• Local applicants only; relocation assistance is not offered.

• Willingness to travel approximately 30–50% within the North Texas region.
