Pediatric Sales Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Drive and assist in achieving sales objectives for Abbott Pediatric Nutrition products within the designated territory.

• Maintain an in-depth understanding of products, clinical research, protocols, and guidelines, effectively communicating this information in a sales context.

• Assist in the launch of new products and promotional campaigns.

• Cultivate and enhance relationships with Dietitians, Physicians, Nurses, Hospital Leaders, and Office Staff.

• Oversee a large territory utilizing strong administrative and organizational capabilities.

• Manage territory budgets and resources with responsibility and care.

• Operate independently while meeting both short-term and long-term business goals.

• Travel approximately 30–50% across the North Texas territory.

• Promote infant and pediatric nutrition through partnerships with healthcare professionals.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree is mandatory.

• Preferably, experience in sales within a medical environment and engaging with healthcare professionals.

• Strong preference for candidates with hospital, pediatric, OB/GYN, neonatal, maternal-child health, or healthcare sales experience.

• Highly desirable experience working with or selling to Pediatricians, Neonatologists, Dietitians, Nurses, OB/GYN offices, birthing hospitals, NICUs, and integrated health systems.

• Demonstrated ability to foster relationships and influence clinical and business decision-makers.

• Must be capable of lifting up to 15 pounds.

• Ability to work independently with initiative, autonomy, and accountability is essential.

• Candidates with relevant experience in pediatric, neonatal, OB/GYN, labor and delivery, NICU, newborn nursery, and maternal-child health sales are encouraged to apply.
