Pediatric Physical Therapist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Deliver high-quality teletherapy utilizing engaging and functional interventions.

• Conduct virtual evaluations and develop ongoing treatment plans.

• Work in collaboration with caregivers to enhance carryover and track progress.

• Participate in team meetings, mentorship calls, and training sessions.

• Ensure all documentation is submitted within a 24-hour timeframe.

• Maintain agreed-upon levels of clinical productivity.

• Assist children with developmental, sensory, and motor challenges in achieving functional goals through virtual therapy.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possession of a current California Physical Therapy License (PT).

• Authorized to work in the U.S. (Note: H-1B visa sponsorship is not available).

• Minimum of 2 years of pediatric physical therapy experience is required.

• Prior experience in delivering telehealth physical therapy (references are required).

• Proficient with technology, possessing a reliable internet connection and HIPAA-compliant workspace.

• Excellent skills in communication, caregiver coaching, and documentation.

• Must be consistently available during after-school hours (PST).

• Availability to work during Pacific Standard Time, specifically from 2:00–6:30 PM PST.

• A brief cover letter outlining suitability for remote pediatric therapy, experience with telehealth platforms, and availability during PST/after-school hours.
