PE Accountant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Assist in the registration process for new Private Entrepreneurs (PEs)

• Oversee a portfolio of 200–250 PEs concurrently

• Aid in the establishment of bank accounts while providing continuous support

• Offer consultation regarding PE liquidation

• Prepare and file tax reports for PEs

• Handle tax payments, compensation, and insurance contributions

• Advise on the opening of accounts within payment systems and the processing of payments

• Engage with governmental bodies, tax authorities, and banking institutions

• Draft contracts and invoices

• Provide advisory support to team members on matters related to PEs

• Deliver additional services as requested by Helpware

⛳️ Requirements

• Background in accounting, economics, or finance with experience in working with Private Entrepreneurs (PE)

• Knowledge of Ukrainian tax laws, particularly concerning PE Group 3

• Experience in liaising with governmental services and institutions

• Proficient in working with banking systems and financial documentation

• Strong attention to detail, accountability, and capacity to manage extensive information

• Proficient English skills adequate for internal communication (minimum B 2.1)

• Advanced skills in Excel, including the use of formulas and tables

• High motivation for learning and professional growth in accounting and finance

• Advanced proficiency in Excel, particularly in analytics, visualization, and handling large datasets, is a significant advantage
