Payroll Trainer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Provide specialized instruction from a home office utilizing WBS LearnSpace 3D®

• Employ diverse teaching strategies to enhance learning

• Create and curate educational materials aligned with the curriculum

• Carry out competency evaluations

• Assist course participants in enhancing their professional capabilities and transitioning into the job market

• Play a role in skills development as a subject-matter expert and educational facilitator

⛳️ Requirements

• Relevant professional training and experience in payroll accounting, or certification as a tax clerk or HR administrator

• Teaching background in one or more of the following fields: payroll accounting with DATEV; payroll accounting with Lexware; payroll fundamentals; advanced payroll accounting

• Evidence of pedagogical qualification (AEVO)

• Proficient command of the instructional language, German (C2 level)
