This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Interact with clients through phone and web channels to pinpoint and address payroll issues.
• Offer technical assistance regarding payroll processing protocols.
• Oversee the integration of client payroll submissions into eBacon's software platform.
• Act as the primary contact for employer and employee payroll inquiries.
• Manage a dedicated roster of clients.
• Process payroll with precision and accuracy.
• Resolve clients' payroll requirements efficiently.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in payroll processing or payroll support.
• Practical experience with SaaS payroll software (such as ADP, Paycor, Paylocity, or similar) is essential.
• Excellent customer service skills and a genuine desire to assist others.
• Capability to handle multiple client payroll cycles simultaneously.
• All candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Must not require current or future employer-sponsored work authorization.
• Experience in the construction industry is a plus.
• Familiarity with certified payroll or prevailing wage projects is advantageous.
• Experience with PEO or ASO is a benefit.
