Payroll Implementation Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collect and authenticate documents and information for new payroll initiatives

• Establish standard payroll projects and implement routine changes requested by clients using predefined checklists

• Introduce new projects into the payroll system and submit requests for work locations

• Provide timely and accurate responses to client inquiries via calls and emails

• Keep clients informed about the status of their projects

• Address complex inquiries and issues, ensuring they are followed through to resolution

• Assist with daily client onboarding activities

• Maintain the onboarding tracker

• Distribute payroll forms and check-printing supplies to productions and verify their delivery

• Update outdated payroll forms and manage the forms library

• Input and refresh client, project, and industry contact details

• Acquire working knowledge of union deposits and draft related communications

• Assist in the finalization of client projects

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience

• Over 2 years of experience in customer service

• At least 1 year in implementation or project onboarding

• Preferred experience in supporting accounting or business operations

• Familiarity with production workflows and basic accounting principles is beneficial

• Strong focus on client relationships and the ability to build rapport

• Capability to manage high workloads while maintaining composure

• Responsibility for accurately completing tasks

• Strong problem-solving skills

• Passion for delivering exceptional customer service

• Willingness to learn about payroll and production accounting

• Excellent listening and communication abilities

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and focused

• Must reside in the Pacific Time Zone

• Ability to work remotely from within the United States

• Capability to hear, see, stand, sit, and operate standard office equipment

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

• Occasionally available to work beyond the regular daily schedule
