Pay Equity & Pay Transparency Consultant, French Speaking

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Serve as the key contact for a diverse portfolio of French and international clients

• Provide guidance on the EU Pay Transparency Directive and translate it into actionable platform processes

• Assist in onboarding clients and advise on best practices in PayAnalytics by beqom

• Conduct and analyze pay gap assessments

• Deliver defensible insights to HR, Reward, and executive stakeholders

• Aid clients in crafting and monitoring remediation strategies

• Facilitate workshops to map existing compensation processes and develop the target state

• Configure PaySuite and assist clients through testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and training

• Define essential HR data requirements across both products

• Manage multiple concurrent projects, overseeing scope, timelines, and stakeholder engagement

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven mid-level experience in client-facing consulting or professional services

• Proficiency in French and English; fluency in French is mandatory

• Familiarity with HR business processes and/or HR IT systems

• Ability to translate data analysis into clear insights for a non-technical audience

• Strong skills in project management

• Capability to assert a clear position with senior stakeholders

• Experience in pay equity, compensation and benefits, or reward is a plus

• Knowledge of national pay reporting frameworks such as the Index de l'égalité professionnelle is beneficial

• Experience with Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle Fusion, and/or Salesforce is an advantage
