This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Assist patients and healthcare professionals in both the German and UK markets.
• Address inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
• Educate patients and clinicians on utilizing Doccla services and medical devices.
• Communicate with both clinicians and patients through phone calls and emails.
• Follow standard operating procedures and policies, particularly those concerning patient safety and information governance.
• Handle confidential patient information securely and sensitively in a highly regulated environment.
• Provide support to colleagues during challenging situations.
• Mentor and coach new team members.
• Share successes, challenges, and ideas to ensure patients remain the focal point of the organization.
• Previous experience in healthcare is preferred but not mandatory.
• Demonstrates a humble, positive, and committed attitude.
• A collaborative and dependable team player.
• Fluent and proficient in both English and German.
• Excellent skills in verbal and written communication.
• Available full-time, working 5 days a week, including rotational evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
• A reliable WiFi connection capable of supporting clear video calls.
• Proficient in using computer systems and related technologies.
• Prior experience with a Customer Service CRM system, such as Zendesk, is beneficial.
• Ability to learn new systems and software efficiently.
• Enjoyment in working within a fast-paced and ever-evolving environment.
• A Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check is mandatory for all positions.
