This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.
β’ Take ownership of the customer and patient experiences for TridentCare at Home.
β’ Provide internal oversight for home-based orders to ensure that customer commitments are achieved or exceeded.
β’ Collaborate with field leadership to guarantee timely patient services in accordance with customer service metrics.
β’ Assist in scheduling services and maintain communication with patients and ordering entities.
β’ Supply estimated arrival times to patients or ordering entities.
β’ Reschedule and cancel exams when necessary.
β’ Aid in prioritizing technician dispatching based on client Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
β’ Become a subject matter expert in TridentCare at Home client models, which include Hospital at Home, Emergency Department in Home, and PACE programs.
β’ Work alongside the internal teleradiology team to ensure successful image transfers.
β’ Address questions or concerns from patients and clients, documenting them for quality improvement metrics.
β’ Assist in obtaining necessary paperwork for timely and accurate billing.
β’ Monitor reporting and operational metrics for home-based services.
β’ Respond promptly to incoming customer service orders.
β’ Manually enter orders via the fax process.
β’ Navigate TridentCare applications, including TCC and DDF.
β’ Operate the phone system effectively.
β’ Comply with the established work schedule.
β’ Must live within 50 miles of the Columbus, OH office located at 2550 Corporate Exchange Drive, 43231.
β’ Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
β’ Proficient in effective communication through electronic platforms such as Microsoft Teams, Skype, and web-based meetings.
β’ Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, and Excel).
β’ Excellent customer service skills.
β’ Strong verbal, written, and listening skills.
β’ Effective problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
β’ Results-driven and goal-oriented.
β’ Strong ethics, integrity, and accountability.
β’ Ability to type 35β40 words per minute.
β’ Experience with medical terminology preferred, but not required.
β’ High School diploma or GED equivalent is required.
β’ An Associate's degree is preferred.
β’ Must be available to work Saturday and Sunday from 8:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. EST.
