• Oversee a significant volume of incoming calls and emails, engaging with 50+ patients daily.
• Perform patient intake processes and accurately record information in the Electronic Health Record (EHR).
• Arrange patient appointments based on clinician availability, specialty, and insurance participation.
• Confirm insurance eligibility and clearly communicate benefits, copays, and subsequent steps.
• Keep schedules and documentation precise and up to date.
• Collaborate with clinicians, billing personnel, and administrative staff to efficiently address and resolve issues.
• Proficient in both English and Spanish, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a medical office, behavioral health setting, or healthcare administrative position.
• Hands-on experience in verifying insurance benefits and articulating coverage details to patients.
• Familiarity with EHR systems and appointment scheduling management.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume work environment.
• Excellent communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
• A dependable home office setup with high-speed internet access.
• Must successfully complete a Level 2 background check.
• Candidates must be residents of Florida.
