Senior Bilingual Integration Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with supplier partners to establish and sustain electronic data flows for essential business files.

• Partner with technical teams and stakeholders to guarantee precise data capture and integration.

• Convert business needs into technical specifications and system configurations.

• Offer consulting, support, and training services to partners regarding data and systems integration.

• Investigate and resolve challenges related to data flows, upgrades, and integrations.

• Engage in testing, upgrades, and the deployment of new systems.

• Collaborate closely with suppliers, eProcurement teams, procurement management, accounts payable, and IS&T teams to provide updates and manage escalations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bilingual in French and English (mandatory)

• Associate degree or equivalent professional experience

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a professional setting

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, business, or a related discipline (preferred)

• 3–5 years of experience with EDI integrations, supplier data exchange, or procurement systems (preferred)

• Familiarity with ERP and eProcurement platforms (e.g., Coupa, Ariba, Oracle, SAP)

• Experience working with SQL or other data querying tools

• Experience with testing tools such as DevOps (or similar platforms)

• Strong understanding of EDI and other data exchange principles

• Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting abilities

• Strong communication and collaboration skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

• Capability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment
