Canada Post Representative – Bilingual

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Deliver exceptional customer support through phone and chat for inquiries regarding: delivery status, redirected mail, pricing, and general service-related questions.

• Manage multiple chat interactions simultaneously, ensuring timely responses that adhere to service standards; chat concurrency will increase as follows: 1 chat for the initial 2 days, up to 2 chats from days 3 to 10, and 3 chats from day 11 onward.

• Professionally handle incoming calls with empathy and a focus on providing solutions.

• Accurately log customer interactions and follow established processes while navigating through various tools.

• Quickly adapt to changing customer needs and support requirements (calls, chat, or both based on business demand).

⛳️ Requirements

• Bilingualism (French/English) – you will need to communicate with both French and English-speaking individuals in Canada, answering calls in English 50% to 80% of the time.

• A typing speed of 40+ WPM, with a focus on accuracy.

• Availability for full-time work, up to 40 hours per week: Monday to Friday, 7:00 am to 11:00 pm EST; Saturday and Sunday, 9:00 am to 9:00 pm EST.

• A reliable high-speed internet connection (minimum 25 MBPS).

• A dedicated, quiet workspace free from distractions.

• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.

• Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal – with the ability to de-escalate and resolve customer issues.

• Strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities, with keen attention to detail.

• Comfort working under pressure in a dynamic environment.

• Previous experience in customer service is considered an asset.
