• Address complaints and engage in negotiations.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.

• Familiarity with multifamily, hospitality sales, or property management is advantageous.

• Knowledge of HOA management software and the industry is preferred.

• Experience with SAAS is desirable.

• Additional education or experience in outside sales and lead generation is beneficial.

• Strong understanding of company offerings and industry trends.

• Motivation and energy to manage multiple leads simultaneously while pursuing new opportunities.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

• Bilingual in Spanish and English is highly preferred.

• Ability to understand client needs and navigate through the negotiation process.

• Excellent time management skills.

• Proficiency in computer applications, especially MS Office and CRM software.
