Patient Engagement Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Belgium, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Lead the outreach efforts and cultivate relationships with patient associations across various conditions in the BeNeFra region.

• Establish new connections with patient organizations that align with Curewiki's targeted conditions and consistently expand the partnership pipeline.

• Sustain and enhance existing network relationships through regular communication, platform training, and participation in product developments and opportunities.

• Empower patient organizations to engage confidently and sustainably.

• Oversee the patient engagement strategy for commercial initiatives in BeNeFra, including panels, surveys, and advisory boards.

• Reach out to and mobilize relevant patient organizations to support commercial initiatives.

• Manage and nurture opportunities through their delivery in close collaboration with Customer Success.

• Create campaigns with patient organizations via newsletters, webinars, and social media to attract, inform, and retain patients on the Curewiki platform in both Dutch and French.

• Utilize AI tools to generate content while maintaining the trusted human tone that resonates with patients.

• Compose and tailor clear, accessible content for community channels in collaboration with internal teams.

• Assist in maintaining consistent messaging across various touchpoints to uphold patient trust.

⛳️ Requirements

• You have successfully built a community, advocacy network, or partnership portfolio, demonstrating the organizations you engaged, retained, and transformed into active collaborators.

• Proficient in native or near-native French, fluent English, and professional Dutch — your writing builds trust.

• Capable of working independently: you manage your outreach pipeline, foster collaborations, and seek coaching rather than explicit instructions.

• Naturally incorporate AI tools in your daily tasks and understand when patient-facing content requires a fully human touch.

• Possess deep empathy for patient communities; having a personal connection to patient advocacy or healthcare is a significant advantage.

• Experience in email marketing, community management, or patient-facing awareness initiatives.

• Comfortable with creating digital content (such as social media posts and short videos).

• Knowledgeable about the healthcare and patient advocacy landscape in Belgium, France, and the Netherlands.
