This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as the primary advocate and main point of contact for patients undergoing genetic testing for Organ Health.

• Evaluate patient needs, manage logistics, provide customer service, and resolve issues.

• Establish expectations for sample collection scheduling, turnaround times, billing, and subsequent steps.

• Address patient-generated marketing leads and perform outbound outreach for identification and monitoring programs.

• Triage and escalate complex matters to cross-functional teams, including MP, Organ Health Specialists, Territory Managers, Customer Experience, and Billing Teams.

• Participate in a rotating schedule for weekend on-call coverage.

• Maintain patient relationships with a service-oriented approach.

• Respond to organizational data and analysis requests promptly.

• Identify, nurture, and develop patient relationships to promote and schedule ongoing testing.

• Manage PHI in both paper and electronic formats while adhering to HIPAA regulations.

• Perform additional duties as assigned.


⛳️ Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in a Call Center environment, encompassing both inbound and outbound roles, patient services, or healthcare customer support.

• A minimum of 2 years of sales experience.

• Preferred background in medical or biological sciences.

• Display genuine empathy and compassion; possess strong active listening and relationship-building skills.

• Capability to think strategically while executing tactically.

• Skills in competitive analysis.

• Ability to effectively communicate and educate potential patients about Natera technology.

• Comfortable with simultaneously navigating multiple systems and tools.

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

• Must demonstrate a sense of urgency in actions.

• Exceptional written and verbal organizational and communication abilities.

• Strict adherence to HIPAA regulations, verifying patient identity with each interaction.

• Completion of HIPAA/PHI privacy, General Policies and Procedure Compliance, and security training within the first 30 days of employment is required.

• Must keep current with Natera training requirements.
