Patient Care Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Enhance the patient experience from beginning to end

• Assist healthcare providers and respond to patient inquiries

• Take ownership of critical elements of service delivery

• Implement improvements based on genuine patient feedback

• Contribute to establishing the operational framework for a rapidly expanding digital sleep clinic

• Work closely with cross-functional teams

• Operate within a technology-driven care environment

⛳️ Requirements

• Previous experience in a role involving direct patient or customer interaction

• Knowledge of electronic medical records (EMR/EHR) or other healthcare database systems

• Proficiency in using digital tools and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced, dynamic, and collaborative setting

• Capability to work independently while effectively collaborating with healthcare providers, sleep specialists, and external partners

• Basic understanding of billing processes and durable medical equipment (DME)
