
Patient Care Advocate – Specialty Pharmacy Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Input medication orders and deliver customer service for patients within a call center setting
• Precisely input incoming prescriptions as needed
• Choose billing and shipping options for incoming patient orders
• Handle incoming calls and route them to the appropriate personnel
• Record patient-reported information into TherigySTM
• Address customer service concerns to guarantee member satisfaction
• Resolve payment-related issues regarding member accounts and orders
• Maintain an acceptable level of productivity as determined by the supervisor
• Aid in the orientation and training of new team members
• Fulfill all mandatory and regulatory training requirements
• Carry out other assigned responsibilities
• Must be punctual and available for scheduled work shifts
• Must be willing to work nights and weekends, as necessary
• Minimum requirement of a high school diploma or GED
• Experience in a customer service-related role is essential
• Preferred possession of pharmacy technician or similar certification
• 6–12 months of experience as a pharmacy technician is preferred
• Employees in Mississippi must be registered with the State of Mississippi as a Pharmacy Technician
• Must successfully pass a drug screening
• Subject to initial and ongoing exclusion and sanction/disciplinary monitoring
• Must satisfy any additional eligibility criteria based on the specific role
