Parts Order Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Determine the appropriate parts needed for appliance repairs

• Research and accurately source part numbers based on appliance and repair specifications

• Identify parts through suitable vendors and suppliers

• Place and oversee daily parts orders utilizing purchase order (PO) numbers

• Confirm part numbers, availability, pricing, and order information prior to purchasing

• Monitor orders and keep precise parts and purchasing documentation

• Liaise with vendors and internal team members

• Maintain orderly records in systems and databases

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior professional experience in parts handling

• Strong expertise in parts identification, sourcing, and ordering procedures

• Experience in researching and sourcing part numbers

• Proficient in creating and managing purchase orders (POs)

• Comfortable engaging with vendors, supplier websites, and parts ordering systems

• Excellent attention to detail with a focus on ensuring ordering precision

• Proficient in English (both verbal and written)

• Capable of working independently in a remote setting

• Experience with a U.S.-based appliance repair or home services company is highly preferred

• Availability from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM Pacific Time
