• Identify, research, and compile outbound lead lists.
• Handle inbound leads with prompt follow-up, thorough qualification, and meticulous CRM maintenance.
• Ensure a steady stream of new partnership opportunities.
• Facilitate and manage partner discussions from initial contact to closure, encompassing discovery, qualification, pitching, follow-ups, and negotiations.
• Develop refined, data-driven partnership presentations and deliver them to external stakeholders.
• Create and maintain trackers, reports, and analyses using Google Sheets for effective pipeline management and forecasting.
• Articulate Tiny Health’s value proposition to various partner categories.
• Contribute to the creation of a repeatable partnership playbook applicable across different partnership types.
• Ensure precise deal tracking, including stages, close dates, next steps, notes, and forecasts.
• Design lightweight processes and templates to enhance the partnerships function's scalability.
• Collaborate with Operations, Marketing, and Science teams during post-close transitions.
• Relay partner feedback internally and advocate for enhancements that boost conversion and retention rates.
• Consistently generate qualified meetings with partners.
• Expand pipeline coverage and enhance conversion rates through various stages.
• Shorten deal cycles by implementing tighter follow-up, stronger organization, and improved internal coordination.
• Work directly alongside the Head of Partnerships.
• At least 5 years of experience in partnerships, consulting, business development, sales, or strategic growth roles.
• Demonstrated capability to source leads, execute outbound initiatives, and advance deals effectively.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including comfort in presenting to external partners.
• Highly organized with strong follow-through; adept at managing multiple deals simultaneously.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and acting swiftly in a startup setting.
• Strong relationship-building skills and intuitive partner instincts.
• Proficient in project management and follow-up tasks.
• Understanding of pipeline, conversion, and closing processes.
• Resourceful, proactive, and adaptable approach.
• Ability to establish processes, including creating scalable structures and templates.
• Curiosity and comfort in a science-oriented environment.
• Preferred: experience in healthtech, healthcare, diagnostics, biotech, and/or wellness sectors.
• Preferred: familiarity with performance reporting and dashboards.
• Preferred: background in developing outbound sequences and lightweight sales enablement materials.
• Preferred: experience in startups or adaptability in wearing multiple roles.
• Preferred: proficiency with CRMs such as Zoho, HubSpot, or Salesforce.
• Preferred: familiarity with Google Suite, Notion, Slack, and similar productivity applications.
• Preferred: experience with remote work and proficiency in Slack.
• Preferred: self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable in uncertain situations.
• Full-time employment is limited to candidates located in North America.
