This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Oversee the long-term success of GE HealthCare relationships within designated regional Integrated Care Solutions (ICS) and strategic accounts.
• Propel partnerships, orders, and sales growth through customer-centric strategies.
• Foster customer intimacy and coordinate resources from GE HealthCare.
• Provide strategic guidance for the broader GE HealthCare Account Team.
• Meet sales, orders, and margin objectives while managing costs within the allocated budget.
• Analyze accounts and formulate business plans and strategies to identify new opportunities.
• Work collaboratively with the Enterprise Solutions team on comprehensive solutions and digital tools/services.
• Direct subject matter experts and account resources in delivering technical, clinical, and business insights.
• Develop a thorough understanding of the initiatives and priorities of assigned accounts.
• Communicate effectively with Region Manager, Zone Manager, and Product business leaders.
• Create and execute go-to-market plans, proposals, negotiations, and contracts.
• Increase GE HealthCare’s share of customer capital and operational spending.
• Establish and strengthen relationships with C-suite executives and address customer concerns.
• Advocate for service offerings and enhance customer Net Promoter Score (NPS).
• Forge long-term strategic alliances and solution partnerships.
• Stay informed about equipment, Digital, and Services portfolios.
• Track account-development key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Mentor peers and lead small to medium-sized projects.
• Manage external communications on LinkedIn and promote success stories from the account team.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education.
• Significant experience in Business Management or Sales/Marketing.
• Some experience in closing large, complex, strategic deals.
• Demonstrated key account management and project planning abilities.
• Exceptional influencing, interpersonal, and networking skills.
• Proven success in building relationships.
• High-level presentation capabilities.
• Strong strategic thinking skills.
• Solid financial and business acumen.
• Excellent oral and written communication abilities.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership qualities.
• Capability to analyze and resolve issues effectively.
• Proficient in influencing and leading programs/projects.
• Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.
• Fluent in English.
• Master’s degree is preferred.
• Experience in a commercial healthcare setting is preferred.
• Direct and/or indirect management experience within a matrix organization is preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of GE HealthCare products and services is preferred.
