Partnership Outreach Coordinator

📋 Description

• Research and identify potential opportunities for partnerships with brands, platforms, and creators.

• Engage in outbound outreach through email, LinkedIn, and direct messaging to spark conversations.

• Maintain an active outreach pipeline and follow up consistently and professionally.

• Organize introductory calls and pitch meetings for senior team members.

• Keep the CRM updated with contact details, outreach history, and the status of deals.

• Prepare partnership proposals and one-pagers for review and approval.

• Monitor and report on outreach metrics, including emails sent, responses received, calls scheduled, and deals finalized.

• Exceptional written communication skills — your emails elicit responses.

• Highly organized and persistent — follow-ups are crucial for closing deals.

• Proficient with CRM tools and basic outreach tracking methods.
