Partnership Outreach Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Research and identify potential opportunities for partnerships with brands, platforms, and creators.

• Engage in outbound outreach through email, LinkedIn, and direct messaging to start conversations.

• Maintain a pipeline of ongoing outreach while following up consistently and professionally.

• Organize introductory calls and pitch meetings for senior team members.

• Keep the CRM updated with contact details, outreach history, and the status of deals.

• Prepare partnership proposals and one-pagers for review and approval.

• Monitor and report on outreach metrics, including the number of emails sent, replies received, calls scheduled, and deals finalized.

• Exceptional written communication skills.

• Highly organized and persistent, with strong follow-up abilities.

• Proficient in using CRM tools and basic outreach tracking methods.

• Self-motivated individual capable of managing a pipeline with minimal supervision.
