Partnership Outreach Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +5 more states.

📋 Description

• Research and pinpoint potential partnership opportunities with brands, platforms, and creators.

• Execute outbound outreach through email, LinkedIn, and direct messaging to begin discussions.

• Manage a pipeline of ongoing outreach and ensure consistent and professional follow-ups.

• Organize introductory calls and pitch meetings for senior team members.

• Keep the CRM system updated with contact details, outreach history, and the status of deals.

• Prepare partnership proposals and one-pagers for review and approval.

• Monitor and report on outreach metrics, such as emails dispatched, responses received, calls scheduled, and deals finalized.

• Highly organized and tenacious, with strong follow-up capabilities.

• Proficient with CRM tools and basic outreach tracking methods.

• Self-motivated individual who can manage a pipeline with minimal supervision.
