Partnership Outreach Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +5 more states.

📋 Description

• Conduct research to identify potential collaborations with brands, platforms, and creators.

• Engage in outbound communication through email, LinkedIn, and direct messages to start conversations.

• Maintain an active outreach pipeline and diligently follow up in a professional manner.

• Organize introductory calls and pitch meetings for senior team members.

• Ensure the CRM is kept up-to-date with contact information, outreach history, and deal progress.

• Prepare partnership proposals and one-pagers for review and approval.

• Monitor and report on outreach metrics, such as emails sent, responses received, calls scheduled, and deals finalized.

• A degree is not necessary.

• Exceptional written communication skills — you craft emails that elicit responses.

• Highly organized and persistent, with strong follow-up capabilities.

• Proficient with CRM tools and basic outreach tracking systems.

• Self-motivated individual capable of managing a pipeline with minimal supervision.

• Keen interest in the gig economy, creator economy, or digital marketing sectors.
