Partner Technical Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Act as the primary technical contact for Arrow ECS partners and select end customers.

• Establish strong relationships with technical leaders, architects, and delivery teams within partner organizations.

• Promote solution adoption and utilization in accordance with the designated business unit or geographic area.

• Create and implement technical adoption strategies to enhance customer time-to-value.

• Identify and proactively address technical obstacles and potential risks.

• Assist with partner enablement programs, including workshops and technical presentations.

• Work closely with Citrix ATS, Sales Engineering, and Product teams.

• Monitor and drive adoption metrics, customer success scores, time-to-value, deployment rates, partner technical readiness, enablement completion, reduction in escalations, decreased support dependencies, and influence on expansion and attachment.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience in technical roles such as Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, or Technical Consultant.

• Practical experience with Citrix technologies or related platforms.

• Background in collaborating with channel partners or distributors.

• Excellent presentation and stakeholder communication abilities.

• Capability to function effectively in global, matrixed environments.

• Proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
