Partner Solutions Engineer – CCaaS

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Act as the chief technical authority for Cisco’s CCaaS partner ecosystem

• Drive revenue growth by assisting partners in securing complex enterprise agreements

• Provide extensive technical enablement programs for partners

• Create advanced, scalable architectures that address customer challenges

• Showcase the advantages of Cisco’s integrated technology stack

• Collect essential field feedback to guide future product development

• Connect partner strategy and technical implementation to enhance customer success and promote business growth

• Assist in the design and deployment of cloud-native contact center solutions

⛳️ Requirements

• At least eight years of professional experience in Pre-Sales Engineering or Consulting within the software, cloud, or AI industries

• A minimum of five years of technical experience in contact center technologies, including Enterprise Networking, Data Center, Security, or Collaboration

• Proven expertise in CCaaS, CPaaS, and AI-driven customer experience architectures

• Current industry-recognized certification in Collaboration, such as CCIE Collaboration

• Established expertise as a subject matter expert in cross-functional discussions

• Demonstrated history of providing strategic direction on intricate technical projects

• Exceptional skill in simplifying complex concepts into engaging presentations for executive stakeholders and technical engineering teams

• Advanced experience integrating CRM systems, industry-specific applications, and emerging AI interoperability frameworks such as MCP and A2A

• Proven ability to collaborate across departments and mentor junior colleagues

• Strong analytical decision-making skills driven by data and a focus on process improvement
