Part Time Workshop Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with hearing professionals to develop strategies and methods for in-office patient marketing and promotional sales events

• Partner with hearing providers to enhance patient engagement and sales presentations

• Organize and facilitate Workshop events within the practices of hearing professionals

• Attend and provide support at company and customer seminars

• Advocate for the scheduling and services of the Workshop program

• Communicate and collaborate with Starkey's sales and marketing team

• Engage closely with patients during one-on-one product consultations

• Maintain relationships with existing customers and drive growth in Workshop Consultations

• Address patient needs through Starkey technologies, products, and program advantages

• Actively engage in patient presentations and directly sell Starkey hearing products during outreach events

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of sales experience

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, though not mandatory

• An Audiology degree or state licensure (H.I.S.) is advantageous

• Experience in direct retail and patient sales of hearing instruments is a plus

• The ideal candidate would possess an AuD or Audiology degree or a state dispensing/fitting license

• Previous retail or manufacturer sales experience is highly preferred

• Ability to effectively communicate the company's core values

• Exceptional communication skills with customers, sales personnel, and upper management

• Willingness to travel extensively, with up to 90% of the time spent on the road
