Part Time – R.E.M.O.T.O

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

📋 Description

• Address inquiries regarding current balances, the validity of recharges, and service coverage.

• Accurately categorize and enter call agreements and customer information into Claro's internal applications.

• Inform users about the advantages of having a fixed monthly invoice compared to the unpredictable costs of continuous recharges.

• Participate in remote training sessions from Monday to Saturday, from 3:00 pm to 10:00 pm.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be over 18 years old (essential requirement).

• Completed secondary education.

• Experience in customer service is preferred, but not mandatory.

• PC or laptop with a minimum of 8GB of RAM (verifiable).

• Operating system Windows 11 PRO (verifiable).

• Wired internet connection (no Wi-Fi).

• Functional headset with a microphone (verifiable).

• Webcam (verifiable).

• Availability for training from Monday to Saturday, from 3:00 pm to 10:00 pm.

• Availability to work from 5:00 pm to 10:00 pm.

• Must be over 18 years old.
