Part Time Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner – Fee For Service

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Conduct psychiatric assessments and evaluations for clients through an ongoing telemedicine platform.

• Provide treatment to a varied demographic experiencing mental health issues such as depression, anxiety, ADHD, and more.

• Prescribe medications to alleviate mental health symptoms as necessary.

• Develop and collaborate with clients on individualized care plans.

• Complete and/or administer the appropriate documentation and assessment tools for clients.

• Follow Thriveworks' Clinical Practice Guidelines diligently.

• Consult with Regional Clinic Directors and staff regarding clients, programs, and services.

• Accept and provide treatment for ADHD clients through the ADHD Clinic.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be a Licensed Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with Board Certification.

• A Master's degree in Nursing with active prescriptive authority in the state is required.

• Familiarity with AdvancedMD (AMD) EMR is advantageous.

• A minimum of one year of experience in psychiatry is required; three years of experience is preferred.

• Licensed Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners must hold a license and reside in the state where they will practice.

• Part-time positions require 15–20 hours of availability each week.

• Complete in-house training on ADHD treatment standards, guidelines, and approaches, followed by a brief examination.

• Must be willing to treat clients aged 14 and older.

• Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of hire.
