This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.

📋 Description

• Conduct psychiatric assessments and evaluations for clients through ongoing telemedicine services.

• Provide treatment to a varied clientele dealing with mental health issues, including depression, anxiety, ADHD, and more.

• Focus primarily on adult and adolescent care, with plans for future services across all age groups.

• Prescribe medications as necessary to alleviate mental health symptoms.

• Develop and collaborate with clients on personalized care plans.

• Complete and/or facilitate relevant paperwork and assessment tools.

• Follow Thriveworks' Clinical Practice Guidelines diligently.

• Collaborate with Regional Clinic Directors and staff regarding clients, programs, and services at different locations.

• Accept and provide treatment to ADHD clients via the ADHD Clinic, with no quotas on client numbers or prescriptions.


⛳️ Requirements

• Must hold a license as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner.

• Board Certification is mandatory.

• A Master's degree in Nursing with active prescriptive authority in the state is required.

• At least one year of experience in psychiatric practice is necessary.

• Clinicians must be licensed and residing in Massachusetts, the state where they will be practicing.

• Part-time positions require 15–20 hours of availability each week.

• Familiarity with AdvancedMD (AMD) EMR is advantageous.

• Having three years of experience is a plus.

• Must be willing to treat clients aged 14 and older.

• Must possess legal authorization to work in the United States at the time of hire.

• This position is not eligible for employment visa sponsorship, either now or in the future.

• Completion of in-house training on ADHD treatment standards, guidelines, and approaches, followed by a brief examination, is required.
