Part-Time PM

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Spearhead the transition from the existing IT service model/provider to a new Managed Services Provider.

• Design and oversee the comprehensive transition plan, including timeline, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables.

• Coordinate activities among internal IT teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors.

• Facilitate transition meetings and ensure clear communication among all involved parties.

• Identify and manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and items requiring escalation.

• Supervise knowledge transfer, documentation, handoffs, and activities related to transition readiness.

• Monitor progress and deliver regular status updates to leadership.

• Assist in achieving a seamless transition with minimal disruption to ongoing IT operations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in IT project/program management.

• Prior experience leading a Managed Services Provider transition, IT outsourcing transition, or managed services implementation.

• Proven ability to coordinate multiple vendors and cross-functional IT teams.

• Strong skills in project planning, risk management, stakeholder management, and communication.

• Ability to independently drive a fast-paced project with senior-level stakeholders.

• Available for approximately 25 hours per week and able to start promptly.
