Part-Time LCSW, Children & Adolescents

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Conduct weekly psychotherapy sessions via telehealth utilizing CBT and other evidence-based methods for children aged 8–17, young adults 18+, and their families.

• Offer training and support for parents.

• Maintain a consistent weekly schedule with a minimum of 8 recurring client sessions.

• Engage in weekly consultations and participate in peer-led collaborative huddles.

• Timely completion of clinical documentation is required.

• Collaborate with clients’ pediatricians, school counselors, and families as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possession of an active, independent LCSW license in California.

• Experience working with children, teenagers, young adults, and families using evidence-based therapies.

• Proficient in using Zoom, EHR systems, and collaboration tools.

• Must not have opted out of Medicare.

• Willingness to obtain cross-licenses in additional states.

• Ability to commit to a fixed weekly schedule of at least 8 recurring client sessions.

• Availability during clinical hours: Monday–Thursday from 4:00 PM to 8:30 PM, Friday from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM, and Saturday from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM PST.
