Part Time InDesign Production Specialist – Public Notices

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +7 more states.

📋 Description

• Create and format public notice advertisements utilizing Adobe InDesign

• Transform customer-provided content into polished, accurate, publication-ready advertisements

• Adhere to media partner specifications, templates, sizing requirements, and formatting guidelines

• Evaluate advertisements for content accuracy, layout, spacing, dimensions, and overall presentation

• Promptly address revisions and corrections as necessary

• Oversee multiple advertisements and priorities in alignment with publication schedules and deadlines

• Collaborate with Customer Support team members to address inquiries and gather missing information

• Ensure accuracy and consistency across various media partners and publications

• Follow established production workflows and quality-control protocols

• Meet daily production deadlines while upholding high standards of quality

• Assist in public notice publishing for media partners nationwide

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in Adobe InDesign is essential

• Strong understanding of page layout, typography, spacing, and print production

• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy

• Strong proofreading and quality control capabilities

• Ability to perform efficiently in a deadline-driven setting

• Excellent organizational and time management abilities

• Capacity to handle multiple tasks and shifting priorities

• Comfortable working independently in a remote setting while collaborating with a larger team

• Candidates must reside in Arizona, Colorado, Florida, Illinois, Indiana, North Carolina, Ohio, Texas, or Wisconsin

• Candidates should be available Tuesday–Friday, from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM CST
