Part-Time Caller

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut.

📋 Description

• Perform telephone interviews to gather data from caregivers utilizing various services, including MST.

• Represent ABH® and its offerings in a professional and positive light.

• Follow ABH®’s best practices, guidelines, policies, and procedures diligently.

• Advocate for ABH® as a frontrunner in behavioral healthcare in all interactions and work.

⛳️ Requirements

• Associate’s Degree is mandatory.

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or administrative roles is required.

• Must participate in annual Conflict of Interest training.

• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is required.

• Bilingual English/Spanish skills are preferred.
