This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop, initiate, and oversee Meta campaigns, ad sets, and advertisements across both prospecting and retargeting funnels.
• Carry out A/B testing on audiences, creative assets, placements, and bidding methodologies.
• Enhance campaigns to achieve CPA, ROAS, and CVR objectives while scaling successful segments.
• Create and optimize audience targeting, lookalikes, interest stacks, and exclusions.
• Execute retargeting strategies utilizing site, event, and engagement indicators.
• Utilize first-party data for effective segmentation, matching rates, and performance improvement.
• Establish and verify Meta Pixel, events, and parameters through Events Manager or GTM as necessary.
• Address tracking gaps, configuration issues, and discrepancies across platforms.
• Ensure precise attribution, UTM discipline, and consistent data flow for reporting purposes.
• Evaluate campaign data to identify issues and uncover growth prospects.
• Convert insights into actionable recommendations for stakeholders.
• Maintain performance dashboards and provide regular insights to the Paid Social Team.
• Work in partnership with the Social Media Director and Paid Social Team on objectives and testing strategies.
• Document standard operating procedures (SOPs), insights, and experimentation roadmaps.
• Communicate risks, obstacles, and outcomes to facilitate timely decision-making.
• Minimum of 2 years of practical experience managing Meta paid social campaigns, encompassing building, launching, optimizing, and conducting A/B testing.
• Demonstrated proficiency with Meta Pixel and events, including setup, validation, and troubleshooting of tracking discrepancies.
• Strong analytical skills with the capability to independently identify and rectify campaign and tracking issues.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for interacting with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Technical understanding of Meta Ads Manager, Events Manager, Meta Pixel, event setup/QA, attribution, UTM tagging, A/B testing, audience creation, lookalikes, retargeting, and utilization of first-party data.
• Knowledge of tag managers and data layers is advantageous.
• Detail-oriented and resourceful self-starter who can take ownership of outcomes while collaborating effectively.
• Computer must have at least 8GB of RAM and either an Intel i5 or AMD Ryzen 5 processor or better.
• Internet speed should be a minimum of 40MBPS.
• Headset with extended noise-canceling microphone and webcam is required.
• Backup computer and internet connection must be available.
• A quiet, dedicated workspace at home is necessary.
• Must provide a personal computer with at least an Intel Core i5 or equivalent or superior operating system.
• Availability for 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm Eastern Time.
