This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.
• Develop and implement marketing campaigns.
• Configure and oversee Google Ads (Search, PMax), Local Services Ads, and Meta advertising for home services clients across various markets.
• Enhance performance. Track expenditure, cost per lead (CPL), and lead quality on a daily basis; modify bids, budgets, targeting, and creative elements to achieve client CPL goals.
• Take charge of tracking and reporting. Establish conversion tracking (including call tracking, form submissions, GA4), ensure data integrity, and provide straightforward monthly performance reports that clients can easily comprehend.
• Create and evaluate ad content. Write ad copy, coordinate creative materials, and conduct structured A/B testing to boost click-through rates (CTR) and conversion rates.
• Oversee budgets across multiple accounts. Distribute and manage spending across a portfolio of client accounts to avoid overspending or underperforming.
• Collaborate with account managers. Share performance insights, identify issues promptly, and suggest strategic adjustments based on data analysis.
• Stay informed. Keep abreast of platform updates, new ad formats, and effective strategies in home services lead generation.
• A minimum of 2 years of direct experience managing Google Ads campaigns; experience with LSA and Meta is a significant advantage.
• Background in home services, local lead generation, or agency settings is highly desirable.
• Ability to independently manage accounts from start to finish — including strategy, setup, optimization, and reporting — without requiring excessive guidance.
• Data-oriented; decisions are made based on CPL and lead quality metrics rather than superficial indicators.
• Excellent communicator capable of explaining performance metrics to non-technical clients and team members.
• Strong sense of urgency — inefficient spending is lost revenue, and delayed responses can cost clients valuable leads.
• Self-motivated individual who excels in a dynamic, remote, and fast-paced work environment.
• Nice to Have
• Google Ads certification.
• Familiarity with call tracking tools (like CallRail or similar) and GA4.
• Understanding of landing page optimization and basic conversion rate optimization (CRO) principles.
• Experience managing advertising budgets exceeding $50k per month.
