This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.
• Lead the paid-growth strategy and execute hands-on Meta campaigns across various DTC brands and countries.
• Allocate and expand budget based on contribution margin, MER, CAC/CPA, AOV, conversion rate, stock levels, discounting, freight, and refund risks.
• Prioritize brands and markets by evaluating commercial opportunities, maturity, stock availability, creative readiness, and growth potential.
• Establish testing frameworks for campaigns, audiences, creative assets, offers, landing pages, and funnel stages.
• Transform creative-performance data into more effective hooks, angles, personas, formats, offers, and briefs.
• Identify creative fatigue, funnel friction, tracking issues, offer-related problems, and commercial limitations.
• Adjust budgets, channel strategies, offers, and creative approaches tailored to each market.
• Develop AI-enhanced workflows for analysis, reporting, research, creative classification, briefing, and repeatable decision-making.
• Generate concise daily and weekly reports with actionable recommendations: Scale, Fix, Hold, or Cut.
• Collaborate with teams in creative, ecommerce, product, finance, and operations.
• Utilize Google, TikTok, YouTube, and Pinterest for profitable growth or market insights.
• Create a repeatable growth system for portfolios across brands and markets.
• Proven hands-on experience in managing and scaling Meta Ads for DTC physical-product ecommerce brands.
• Personal responsibility for an average monthly paid-media expenditure of AUD 50,000–100,000, or its equivalent.
• Demonstrated success in DTC purchase conversion outcomes and budget management under real commercial constraints.
• In-depth knowledge of MER, ROAS, CAC/CPA, AOV, gross margin, contribution margin, conversion rate, and profitability metrics.
• Strong judgment in creative performance across various elements such as hooks, angles, personas, offers, formats, fatigue, and iteration.
• Capability to translate campaign and business data into clear priorities and actionable steps.
• Practical experience leveraging AI for analysis, automation, reporting, research, or enhancing workflows.
• Proficiency in managing multiple brands and markets simultaneously while maintaining commercial and customer context.
• Excellent reporting and communication skills with stakeholders.
• Availability during Australian working hours is essential.
• Direct experience managing a near six-figure monthly paid-media portfolio, particularly around AUD 600,000 per month.
• Familiarity with Shopify and ecommerce analytics.
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Shopping, or Performance Max.
• Experience with TikTok Ads, YouTube Ads, or Pinterest Ads.
• Multi-market performance experience in Australia, the United States, Canada, or other international consumer markets.
• Experience in creating dashboards, SOPs, automated workflows, or AI-assisted operating systems.
• Working knowledge of landing-page conversion, CRO, attribution, and tracking methodologies.
• Background in home, furniture, family, lifestyle, sleep, kids, or other consumer-product categories.
• Flexible remote working arrangement.
