This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Manage a portfolio of client accounts and act as the primary liaison.
• Conduct bi-weekly client meetings to discuss performance, strategy, priorities, and upcoming actions.
• Prepare and distribute bi-weekly performance reports at least 24 hours prior to scheduled meetings.
• Convert campaign data into straightforward, actionable insights for non-technical clients.
• Cultivate strong client relationships that enhance retention, renewals, and referrals.
• Proactively address account issues to ensure stability and growth.
• Develop, launch, and optimize Meta campaigns aimed at lead generation and appointment scheduling.
• Oversee budgets, audience targeting, bid strategies, creative testing, and various campaign elements.
• Track performance daily and make adjustments based on cost-per-appointment and other critical metrics.
• Analyze underperforming campaigns and devise strategies to enhance outcomes.
• Experiment with audiences, messaging, and creative content to discover opportunities for improved performance.
• Contribute to ad copy and campaign messaging.
• Set up and troubleshoot tracking, Meta pixels, and conversion events.
• Configure integrations with Calendly, automate workflows with Zapier, and streamline lead-routing processes.
• Address technical issues between advertising platforms and client systems.
• Vigilantly monitor tracking and lead flow to avert issues that may impact client results.
• Report to the Associate Director of Operations and maintain accountability for client results, relationships, and retention.
• Over 4 years of practical experience in paid media, particularly in Meta advertising.
• Experience in concurrently managing multiple client accounts and leading client-facing discussions.
• Demonstrated ability to manage campaigns toward specific performance objectives, while facilitating client retention.
• Proficient in conversion tracking, pixels, and basic marketing automation techniques.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Preferred: Marketing experience in the financial services sector.
• Preferred: Experience in lead-generation and appointment-setting campaigns.
• Preferred: Background in video sales letter marketing.
• Preferred: Familiarity with high-ticket or considered purchase funnels.
