P2P Operations Intern, Latam Regions

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.

📋 Description

• Assist in the daily operations and growth strategies for Bybit’s Fiat P2P Regional Operations team in LATAM.

• Collaborate closely with the Regional Operations Manager and the Business Development team.

• Monitor key performance metrics for regional P2P operations, identify operational challenges, and produce data-informed insights.

• Investigate regional P2P market trends, payment methods, pricing dynamics, and the competitive environment.

• Generate reports based on merchant feedback and user behavior trends.

• Provide support for merchant onboarding, documentation, and communication processes.

• Maintain dashboards for tracking merchant performance and records for incentive programs.

• Assist with regional growth campaigns, user acquisition strategies, and market entry rollouts.

• Monitor campaign performance and create summary reports.

• Strong analytical abilities; adept at working with data, spreadsheets, and dashboards.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish/Portuguese.

• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management skills.

• Self-driven, proactive, and capable of succeeding in a fast-paced, uncertain environment.

• Available for a minimum commitment of 3 months, either full-time or part-time (at least 4 days per week).

• Previous internship or project experience in operations, business development, fintech, or marketplace platforms.
