This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Engage with customers through phone, email, or chat.

• Arrange appointments and provide valuable information.

• Complete the initial portion of training during day shifts in the first eight weeks.

• Availability for evening and weekend shifts.

• Previous customer service experience is a plus.
