Output Management Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Develop and manage tailored customer documentation, including invoices, contract confirmations, and letters.

• Modify forms to comply with evolving requirements.

• Enhance document generation workflows.

• Introduce new features, incorporating AI-driven automation techniques.

• Investigate and resolve challenges within the document generation process.

• Ensure dependable delivery of documents through print, email, and archiving methods.

• Offer customers consistent and transparent assistance regarding issues related to document generation.

• Contribute to the ongoing advancement of output management utilizing AI-enhanced methodologies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completion of technical vocational training or a degree in a related technical discipline.

• Proficient programming skills.

• Strong interest in IT and eagerness to learn new software applications.

• Hands-on experience with AI systems.

• Excellent problem-solving abilities and capacity to collaborate effectively within a team, while also engaging directly with customers.

• Familiarity with OMS software is advantageous.

• Proficiency in MS Office is a plus.

• German language proficiency at a minimum B2 level.

• Competency in English.

• Openness to travel within Germany.

• Experience with a municipal utility or energy and water provider is a plus.

• Previous involvement with document generation, OMS systems, or form design is an advantage.
