Outpatient Therapist, LCSW / LPC / LMFT

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.

📋 Description

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and formulate preliminary treatment plans.

• Offer virtual outpatient therapy to patients aged 7–21, with a primary focus on those aged 12–26.

• Provide treatment for individuals with autism, mild intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD), bipolar disorder, borderline personality disorder, depression, anxiety, PTSD, schizoaffective disorder, and major depressive disorder.

• Collaborate with psychiatry, crisis services, peer support, case managers, and other members of the healthcare team.

• Schedule 30–60 minute appointments based on clinician discretion.

• Allocate 60 minutes daily for administrative tasks.

• Work alongside onsite personnel and a multidisciplinary outpatient community mental health team.

• Deliver behavioral health services to underserved populations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in providing therapy services as an independently licensed LCSW, LPC, or LMFT.

• Active Michigan LCSW, LPC, or LMFT license is preferred.

• Must be available for 40 hours per week during Eastern Standard Time (EST).

• Experience and comfort level in treating patients with varying levels of acuity.

• Passionate about working with adults diagnosed with autism and IDD, along with comorbid mental health conditions.

• Telehealth experience is preferred.

• Must reside in the United States or a U.S. territory.

• Completion of the ASWB, NCW, and/or NCMHCE examination is required for clinical licensure.
