Outpatient Therapist, LCSW / LPC

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oregon.

📋 Description

• Perform thorough initial assessments

• Create personalized treatment strategies

• Offer outpatient therapy for conditions such as depression, anxiety, trauma, substance use disorders (SUD), and mood disorders

• Collaborate with psychiatry, case management, peer support, crisis services, and other supportive resources

• Provide virtual outpatient therapy through a partner based in Oregon

• Deliver patient-centered behavioral health services to adults aged 18 and older

• Operate within a multidisciplinary care team serving underserved and marginalized populations

⛳️ Requirements

• Valid and active LCSW or LPC license in Oregon (mandatory)

• Demonstrated experience in providing therapy services as an independently licensed LPC or LCSW is preferred

• Availability for full-time work, totaling 40 hours per week during Pacific Standard Time (PST) hours

• Experience and comfort in treating patients across varying degrees of acuity

• Familiarity with rural populations

• Experience working with marginalized communities

• Preference for candidates with telehealth experience

• Experience with SmartCare is an advantage

• Must have successfully completed the ASWB, NCW, and/or NCMHCE examinations to obtain clinical licensure

• Independent LCSW or LPC license must be current and active in Oregon
