This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut, +8 more states.
β’ Deliver services to a varied demographic of patients, managing an average caseload of around 50 patients each week or 8β12 daily.
β’ Provide evidence-informed psychotherapy and medication management.
β’ Create customized treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
β’ Administer care through a telehealth platform.
β’ Offer support and guidance to colleagues and supervisors.
β’ Engage in interdisciplinary team meetings.
β’ Embody the values and collaborative spirit of Rivia Mind.
β’ Maintain clinical independence while collaborating within a multidisciplinary team.
β’ Contribute to clinical training programs, quality enhancement initiatives, and potential supervisory or leadership roles.
β’ Work closely with the Medical Director; no supervisees will be assigned.
β’ Adhere to a mutually agreed-upon schedule; no on-call or weekend commitments required.
β’ Board-Certified Psychiatrist; Board-Eligible or Board-certified in Psychiatry.
β’ Doctor of Medicine degree from an accredited institution.
β’ Completed a Psychiatry residency program, encompassing diverse rotations, including Primary Care during training.
β’ Possess an active and in good standing Medical Doctor license in at least one of the following states: New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Florida, or Massachusetts.
β’ Hold an active and unrestricted medical practice license and a DEA number for at least one approved state.
β’ Demonstrated experience and commitment to supporting Psychotherapy treatment.
β’ Familiarity with psychotherapy modalities such as CBT or DBT.
β’ Experience working with patients in an outpatient environment.
β’ Proficient in telehealth/telemedicine practices.
β’ Capability to prescribe medications.
β’ Skillful in concurrent documentation within patient sessions.
β’ Excellent clinical knowledge coupled with strong communication skills.
β’ Competence in patient education and diagnosis/treatment planning.
β’ Proficient with Google Suite, company-wide platforms/software, and EHR systems as applicable.
β’ Intermediate computer skills and technical proficiency.
β’ Interest in progressing into a Supervisory/Leadership position.
β’ Preferred experience in psychodynamic modalities.
β’ Applicants must have authorization to work in the United States; work visa sponsorship is not available.
