This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Build a positive and trusting relationship with patients.

• Evaluate and address mental health conditions.

• Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to the needs and situations of patients.

• Meet with patients consistently to offer counseling and treatment, modifying plans as needed.

• Perform continuous assessments of patient development.

• Engage and counsel family members as appropriate.

• Organize outreach and referral initiatives in local communities.


⛳️ Requirements

• Master’s Level Degree or higher in relevant fields.

• Active and unrestricted LMFT, LCSW, LPC, LPCC, or Psychologist license based on the office location; a valid license is mandatory.

• At least 12 months of experience in a clinical environment after obtaining full licensure.

• Over 2 years of experience delivering diagnostic assessments and therapy services.

• Professional licensure and/or certification must be kept current throughout employment.

• Proficiency in Electronic Health Records; experience in managing patient data, documenting clinical details, and reviewing patient histories.

• Strong skills in computer applications, including word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and presentations.

• Ability to adapt to emerging technologies and resolve common technical issues.

• Bilingual skills in English/Spanish are advantageous but not mandatory.

• Exceptional organizational abilities.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Capability to establish and sustain effective working relationships with clients and their families.
