This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Build a positive and trusting relationship with patients
• Assess and treat mental health conditions
• Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to the needs and situations of patients
• Conduct regular meetings with patients to provide counseling and treatment
• Modify treatment plans as needed
• Perform continuous evaluations of patient progress
• Engage and inform family members when suitable
• Organize outreach and referral initiatives in nearby communities
• Aim to enhance patient outcomes as part of a clinician-led behavioral healthcare team
• At least 12 months of experience in a clinical environment after obtaining full licensure
• Master’s degree or higher in a relevant field
• A valid and active license as an LMFT, LCSW, LPC, LPCC, or Psychologist according to the office's location; full, unencumbered license required
• Associate or intern-level therapists will not be considered for hiring
• Maintain professional licensure and/or certification throughout the duration of employment
• Proven proficiency with electronic health records (EHR), familiarity with NextGen is highly preferred
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and presentations
• Ability to swiftly adapt to new technologies and resolve common issues
• Bilingual skills in English and Spanish are advantageous but not mandatory
• Exceptional organizational abilities
• Capability to guide, direct, or influence others
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to establish and sustain effective working relationships with clients and their families
• Willingness to collaborate effectively as a team member
